Very impressive for such a small unassuming eatery.
I chose the special shio ramen with thin noodles. The broth was delicate and perfectly balanced, yet packed with umami.
It’s a seafood-based broth and the taste of high quality dried sardines really stood out to me. The noodles were a relatively soft variety which meant that they absorbed the flavour of the broth beautifully, but they still had enough of a bite.
As for toppings there are two types of cha-shu, both made from a lean cut of pork (possibly loin?) I do prefer fattier cuts but these were delicious and tender. There were finely chopped sweet onions, bok choy, some chopped nori and a perfectly cooked soy-marinated egg.

The personal was very kind and patient with us while we tried to figure out the menu. It is only possible to pay vcash and max. 1000yens bills or smaller.
The ramen: The light and perfect seasoned broth with small chopped vegetables in it. I ordered either porc and it was sooo tender amd delicious. Prepared meat and finished with a blowtorch. Easily one of my top ramen places I've tried on my 2.5 weeks worth of vacation in the land of the rising sun. The young man working the place speaks some English so you don't have to worry about being able to communicate, though I encourage you to try it in Japanese. It really is as good as all the other reviews say. The only downside(if you can call it that) is the size of the place. It seats only 5 people but you can always order it to go! No lie it's a a solid...
