Hotel Swan Park — Hotel in Tokyo

(-) The room can occupied 4 people but very small. There are bunkbed for kids very hard to go up for adults especially those with heavy weights.

(+) Has washing machine, oven and microwave. Has bathtub but small

(-) Bathroom very tiny very hard to dress up but in tokyo hard to find big space for reasonable price accomodation

(-) Our hotel room price considered expensive per night because of year end peak season

(+) Near train station within 10 mins walk

(-) Paaa through red light district hotels (not good for children to see).

(-) Does not have receiptionist so hard to chrck in especially arrived at night. Also they do not clean up room :(

(-) Blanket has hair from previous occupants may be

(-) Toilet seat cold very old type

(+) Close town like shibuya and shinjuku only a few stops.

(+) Free snacks for kids if write google review.

(+) They provide soaps, toothbrush etc

The room was big enough for two people, though if you have more luggage, you may struggle. The kitchen is sufficient as long as you don't plan to cook a big meal. There are all the appliances you need, e.g. washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, etc.

It's within walkable distance from the Ikebukuro station and with Lawson and Family Mart nearby, as well as Don Quijote and a drug store. There's also a supermarket and bakery nearby and many yakiniku restaurants.

The host was very friendly and responsive. I was surprised that I received a quick response when I messaged about noise from next door at 1am. The host also gave a very detailed guide on how to find the property whilst avoiding the hotel areas. It was a shame that when we checked in, the room was quite dusty, and we found hair and nail clippings...

I stayed a week in hotel Swan Park for my first time in Tokyo. It's an easy to find and autonomous accessible place, perfectly located for late night walks in this busy district that is Ikebukuro but the surroundings of the hotel is really quiet.

It's a perfect balance close to the city, 10mn walk from the trains station and many stores, restaurants, shops and bars at walking distance.

The room itself is cosy but for small groups. It contains everything you need, either to cook, making laundries, and very comfortable to stay overall for an interesting price.

I highly recommend it ! Thanks again for everything and I'll come back next time...
