Fandina Tokyo — Local services in Tokyo

We booked a standard family room for 9 nights. The location was in a quiet residential area, 1 station away from Ikebukuro. The hotel was 5 mins walk from Tobu line Kita-Ikebukuro station. There is a Lawson nearby, and a Soba restaurant 3 mins walk from the apartment. We enjoyed the TV projection system. The apartment has a fully equipped with kitchen and cultery sets. The appliances are new and easy to use. The hotel provided an instructional guide for the use of all the appliances in the apartment. One point to take note is there is no lift in the building. Great apartment in quiet area. It is about 4 minutes walk to the station but the closest major station Ikebukero is about 15 mins walk. The space is big for Tokyo with great amenities, it was also really clean. One downside is there is no lift and it is on the fourth level so people with accessibility issues, children or big luggage might struggle. in saying that it was a minor inconvenience and we had a 2 year old. Really nice and spacious room. Very modern fit out with a cool projector that was quite easy to use. Unfortunately a little too far out of the way for our liking - 10min walk to the non-jr station, but then you need to take a 2nd train if you want to get to Shibuya/Shinjuku which added another 30min.
