ローカルな町中華

カウンター、テーブル席×2というこじんまりした店内には、ご夫婦でしょうか2人で切り盛りされてます。

メニューは色々ありましたが間違いなさそうな料理で。

ラーメンは素朴な味付け控えめな味付け。 スタミナ炒めもネーミングとは裏腹にがっつりわんぱく男子が好きそうな濃い味付けではなく、食べやすいお味でした、やや野菜の水分量が多く味付けが薄く感じた、でも野菜具沢山でしたね。 求めていたガッツリニンニクが効いたライスがすすむそれとは違いました。

近場に定食屋さんがなく、常連さんが多い印象でした。

A cozy, local Chinese-style diner.

The small interior had a counter and two tables, run by what seemed to be a husband-and-wife duo.

There were quite a few items on the menu, but I went with something that looked like a safe bet.

The ramen had a simple, understated flavor—nothing too bold. The “stamina” stir-fry wasn’t the rich, punchy, garlic-heavy kind you might expect from the name. Instead, it had a more gentle, easy-to-eat flavor. There was quite a bit of moisture from the vegetables, which made the seasoning feel a bit weak, but it was packed with veggies.

I was expecting a more strongly seasoned, garlic-loaded dish that would go great with rice, but this was a different take.

There aren’t many set meal spots in the area, so it seemed popular with regulars.

焼肉定食950円。味濃いめのパンチの効いた味で、美味しい！（やはり、町中華は、味濃いめでないと！完全な偏見ですが（笑））漬物が大きくてインパクト大。前の東京オリンピックの時に開業したとのこと。町中華の名店です！

接客の爺さんの態度が悪い。人として問題があるレベル。

入店して「すみません、一人なんですけど」と話しかけても、こちらを一瞥して無視された。 カウンターの椅子を指して「ここでいいですか？」と話しかけても無視。仕方ないのでそのまま着席した。 その後「すみません」と呼んでも無視され、「注文よろしいですか？」と話しかけると「あ？なに？」と機嫌が悪そうに答えて睨みつけてきた。 さすがに頭にきたので「ああ、もういいよ」と言って店を出た。

あの爺さんがクビになったら行ってみたいけど、おそらく家族経営だからクビにならないだろう。せっかく近所に使いやすそうな町中華を見つけたと思ったが、行くことはないだろう。
