素敵なお部屋と利便性の良い立地で全体的には満足でした。

以下、気になった点です。 まず、包丁とお皿一式が1枚もありませんでした。ダイソーの真ん前なので利便性が良く特に困りませんでしたが、もしあえて置いていなかったのであればお知らせはしておいて欲しかったです。 また、部屋の洗濯機はバスタオルを1枚でも入れると聞いたことのない金属音のような異音が発生し、中のドラムが全く回りませんでした。恐らく衣類が片寄るためによるものかと思いますが、2013年製とのことで流石に寿命かと思います。試行錯誤し細かい衣類だけにして調整するとなんとか使えました。 そして夜中の3時頃に何度も8階まで来る方がおられ、不審者かと思い、スタッフの方だと確認できるまで寝られませんでした。覗き穴もなく、ドアの下の隙間からかろうじて見える足の動きを見て、やっとスタッフの方であると確認してほっとしたという感じです。その時間はベッドで寝ていたのですが、エレベーターのアナウンスが部屋に何度も響いて目が覚めました。寝ている時間帯は静かですし、思っている以上に部屋の中に響きます。最初は酔った人が間違えてきたのかな？と思いましたが、あまりにも繰り返しくるので警察に通報しようかと思うほどでした。

…上記のような気になった点は確かにありましたが、掃除も行き届いていましたし、広い部屋で家族でゆっくり旅行を楽しむこともできましたので、トータルで考えると選んでよかったと思うホテルでした。上記の点が改善できれば友人にも...
