This cafe is kinda like the embodiment of uniqueness and harmony. I could taste each ingredient in their lunch menu, but neither one overpowered the other. Not only that, but each one complemented each other. Acid, fat, salt, sweetness, bitterness. It's perfectly balanced. To top it all off, even though there was meat and butter, it didn't feel greasey. It was clean.

The dessert set shared the same balance and harmony, only if was more geared towards bitterness and sweetness.

お店は落ち着いた雰囲気で、素敵なマスターが居るカフェです。

先ず、特筆すべきは珈琲が素晴らしく美味しい✨

アイスコとホット両方頂きました。

アイスは、生クリームを入れるのが勿体無いと思うほどバランスが良く、酸味控えめな仕上がりが嬉しかったです。

✨興味が湧き、おかわりしてしまったホットは。。 🇳🇮カサブランカ農園（ニカラグア）さんのスペシャリティ珈琲を頂きましたが✨感動しました。

マスターとお話をさせて頂きました。 ブレンドとも数℃レベルの違いをつけて、淹れておられるとの事。

☝️納得です。。 甘さと香りと濃度も飲みやすく理想的でした。

グラタンとスプーンスープは手作りならではのクオリティと温かさがあります。 サラダにセンスとボリュームがあるのが嬉しい。

デザートは、この日は丁寧に下処理されたぶどう2種とシフォンケーキと、季節のフルーツ＋レアチーズケーキ。お世辞なく高品質＆大満足。

近くなら、間違いなく週末常連確定です。 この地域に来た時は、少々足を伸ばしてもまた是非再来させていただきたいと思います。
