Definitely the worst yakiniku/AYCE I ever been to. Came here because of a favorite youtube foodie review video but our experience was disappointing. Overpriced, bad service, low quality meat, left hungry, and unsatisfied.

Got the higher end AYCE, which is double the price for most yakiniku. The service was very slow. Requested mizu/water 3x and still didn’t get anything to keep occupied while waiting for the limited 1 meat serving at a time to arrive. Had to ask someone else walking by for water and they grabbed a jug from a cart on the other side of the wall so I guess it wasn’t that difficult. Usually when you go to a yakiniku, you can always find a favorite that you can continuously order and don’t mind eating another plate or lots of but couldn’t find one here. The meat cuts were far below average. Honestly, would’ve enjoyed a meat bowl for 5/10 dollars almost anywhere else in Japan and would have been more full and satisfied. Due to the limited ordering 1 at a time, left hungry and had to find another place to eat after paying a hefty price for a meal. Recommend just charging for extra leftovers like every other yakiniku and not limit places at the very least with already a low time limit of 90 minutes in total but 60 minute...

I expected more than that at this price. The beef was good quality and delicious. At the 1st round they served us a big platter with all kinds of beef which made us really looked forward to the following rounds. But when we finished the platter, we were only allowed to order 2 kinds of beef each time. We were 2 ppl and each time they provided us 4 slices of each kind of beef we selected, so we got only 8 slices of beef each time. And although we could eat anything in 90mins, they asked us to make the last order with ice cream 30mins before end time. So end up we have ordered 9 rounds in 60mins and we didnt feel full at all. We paid more than 12000yen for an all u can eat dinner but didnt expect we would have to find another food after this. We came here for dinner on 8/24/2022 as our first meal in Japan. The service was excellent. We had to come straight from the airport with our luggage because our flight was delayed, but they were kind enough to store our luggage for us during our meal. There were no English menus at the time and our waitress didn't speak much English, but she did her best to explain the rules and different cuts to us in English because we didn't speak Japanese. The food was amazing and everything was extremely high quality. The meat was super rich and tender! This was definitely one of the meals that we kept thinking about during the rest of our stay in Japan. Finally after we paid our bill, one of the staff members was kind enough to walk us downstairs and hail a taxi for us! We had a great dining experience here and will definitely be back...
