THE NASTIEST, DIRTIEST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT!!! STAY AWAY! Went to check in around 11 pm, had pre selected 2 non- smoking rooms, front desk informs us only smoking rooms available and he tried getting us to pay an extra $300 to upgrade to an executive suite?? So what we booked, they didn’t accommodate That’s the first strike. Secondly, when i walk into the room I was instantly hit with the moodiest, dirtiest smell emitting from the carpets curtains and everywhere so bad to the point the rooms are stocked with fabric refreshers because they know too. The carpets were filled with odd LARGE questionable stains with no effort into even hiding them. Beds only have 1 pillow. Bathtub doesn’t have a anti grip carpet, nearly slipped whilst showering. Here comes the WORST part, on my second day the room key doesn’t work and reads red so I head to the reception to inform her and she says, this is for room 910 you’re in 911, so I say that’s my dads room they must’ve given me one of his cards during check in and the other one which works is inside the room, she responds “I don’t think so” ?????? I tell her to just issue me a new card and she continuously argues with me, belittles me by saying she can’t give me a card cause 2 already have been issued. This is where I’m frustrated and ask her how the hell else am I supposed to go to my room??? She then angrily tells me “OKAY THEN I WILL HAVE TO GO WITH YOU TO THE ROOM.” As if accusing me of lying that’s not my room or what she was alluding to I have no idea. I said go ahead, she overheard me telling my sister I will complain and suddenly issues me a card and says “if tomorrow during check out 4 cards aren’t returned; we will issue a fine for lost cards” I told her I didn’t lose ANY CARD the one that’s working is INSIDE my room. This situation alone left me so embarrassed the way she spoke to a PAYING GUEST. The only one good think about this hotel are the housekeeping staff who always replenished everything and made sure we were stocked up even if we didn’t want the...

I visited the website and the photos of the rooms on that site bore no resemblance to the room provided to us. ||The hotel is conveniently located, the wireless internet worked well, and the air conditioning was satisfactory. But that is where it ended. ||The room was very small; indeed, two people could not pass each other in any part of the room. The bed was set against the wall as there was insufficient space. My wife had to crawl from the foot of the bed to get into the bed go to sleep ||There were no storage facilities for luggage, there was no closet, no chest of draws a bedside table accommodated a phone and a light. ||However, there was a small coat rack in the entry hall with four hangers attached to hang-up clothing. ||The refrigerator did not work, it was not possible to chill drinks or food. ||There was no room safe. ||The bathroom was very small. Two people could not enter this facility at the same time. ||The carpets are old and stained, they need to be replaced. ||One of the only two pillows provided (no spares) seemed to be filled with beads, this made it impossible to sleep on. On day two I informed the desk of this problem and asked for a replacement. I was informed that all the pillows were the same. I protested that they were not the same. Upon return on at 8pm on the second day the pillow had not been changed, I took it to the front desk and demanded that it be changed. ||This hotel is the worst place that I have ever stayed in. The room we had might have passed as a very small single bedroom but it is definitely not a double room. ||Our luggage had to be set against the wall near the window as there was no suitable location to store it. There was a luggage stand in the hallway but if you put a suitcase on it emergency access/egress would have been severely restricted in event of an emergency.||The room was a joke. I would not recommend this...
