神田グリル 南町田グランベリーパーク店 — Restaurant in Tokyo

My wife and I eat here most of the time when we go to Granberry Park. The food is amazing and service is great.

However, today we got a not-so-good service with one of their staff, a short old lady.

For some reason she had a pet peeve with our baby stroller. Whenever she passes by our table she would always tell us to move it closer to us, even though it's already maxed out. The weird thing was it she only does it to us (obviously foreigners), not on other customers who also had their strollers. In fact, she was very friendly and accommodating to them.

When we were lining up and paying at the cashier, out of nowhere the same old lady staff went towards us and told us again to move our stroller because she needs to go outside. Then after letting in new customers she again told us to move our stroller because customers are coming in. Like what is her problem? What are we supposed to do go outside without paying? Can't she wait for us to finish paying before letting in new customers so that it's less crowded inside? The other staff were friendly all the way.

When we passed by again, we saw her helping other customers with baby strollers like opening doors for them. It's kinda like a case of discrimination towards us.

I will give 3 stars for service now, but might edit the review once we come back and experience...

I had the hamburg with a sunny side up egg and it was good. They needed to have salt and pepper on the table, but there was none. My wife had the chicken with macaroni and cheese and the chicken was a little bit dry and the onion soup came. It was good, but really, really hot. Overall, I rate this OK for a shopping center...

（2024/10月造訪）連假週日11:30到，前面20幾組總共50分（比想像中快了XDD）裡面位子挺多，很有美式餐廳的風格。

桌邊平板點餐，會提供遮包包的布，噴油則用紙巾遮。

季節限定 🐓大山どりローストと旬野菜のシュクメルリ¥1680 是一個白醬燴雞的感覺。起司有炙燒，讚。蔬菜部分（？有洋蔥、馬鈴薯、地瓜、南瓜，檸檬味道滿明顯，雞肉軟嫩是雞腿排的感覺很優。

🥬旬野菜とたっぷりきのこのてりやきソースハンバーグ（オリジナルハンバーグ¥1680 照燒醬很甜很好吃，但仔細想想有點太甜。漢堡排比拼盤的嫩，可能是因為鐵板維持熱度（？ 蔬菜有茄子、地瓜很甜，有炙烤焦焦的感覺。

🥘ミックスプレート¥1880 オリジナルハンバーグ+オムライス 蛋包飯是番茄炒飯，整個融合在一起的味道。有馬鈴薯條在漢堡排底下，漢堡排沒有腥味也不會糊。

🥣セットスープ¥300 玉米湯好鹹可以加水玉米粒滿多基本上麥當勞味 🥗シーザーサラダM¥980 凱撒沙拉 第一次看到碎蛋 培根希望再煙燻一點有點沒味 番茄有點軟...
