自由之丘 PLUS 南口店 — Restaurant in Tokyo

The tables were very dirty with a lot of dust everywhere. The waitresses were so rude with the attitude like the customers were begging for food. They were not enthusiastic to provide services. The coffee was overpriced due to its poor quality. I cannot believe that this is a restaurant in Japan especially Jiyugaoka. However, the location is great! The atmosphere is like this restaurant is in the process of closing down permanently without good maintenance and cleaning.

Great coffe shop, homemade food and plenty of free space. Music and environment is lovely, with a mix of Japanese modern furniture and Western Style feeling. One of the best coffee places in Tokyo.

I used to go to Starbucks but the 2 stores at Jiyugaoka are always full used by students and no available seats, on the other side this place has the opposite.

The menu is in japanese as for now, if you know some katakana it’s fine.

自由が丘のオシャレなカフェで勉強でも出来ればと思い入店。結果的に言えば失敗しました。 まず、他の方のおっしゃるように飲み物が美味しくありません。まずいというよりは味が極端に薄く、まるで冷水をそのまま飲んでいるようです。（このブラックコーヒーの画像を見ると薄さがお分かりになるかと思います） そして、店員さんの態度も悪いです。およそカフェ店員とは思えず、学食のオバチャン程度のぶっきらぼうな接客。うまく言語化できないですが、客を舐めた態度って伝わるんだなと思いました。 また、注文するときに操作する必要のあるディスプレイがとても分かりづらく、おそらく時短やコストカットのために置いたものなのでしょうが、かえって障害になっています。 最悪なのは内装で、だだっぴろい空間にテーブルが整然と並べられているだけ。これでは区立図書館のほうがまだオシャレです。また、換気のためなのか大きな窓が常に開け放たれており、寒くて作業になりません。ついでに言えば、照明が暗いため本を読んでいると目が悪くなりそうです。 客層も全然よくありません。私の行った時は大学生？グループのような8人程度の団体客が飲み会みたいな声量で喋り続けており、これがカフェかよとびっくりしてしまいました。普通のスタバとかなら注意されるレベルだったと思います。 唯一良かったのはケーキセットのケーキが美味しかったことです。まあ、これとコーヒー（激薄）がついて1000円なら、ギリギリ耐えられなくもない価格設定かなと思います。休憩するための場所と割り切って利用するなら、そこまで高くはない…かな？ とはいえ、カフェでここまで飲み物がまずいのは致命的なので星1にします。普通にその辺のネットカフェとか行く方...
