【阿佐谷ホープ軒】さんでランチ利用しました。注文したのは「中華そば」（800円）に味玉トッピング（80円）。まず値段の安さに驚きました。今の時代にこの価格設定は本当にありがたいです。

ラーメンは見た目こそコッテリ系に見えますが、実際に食べてみると意外とあっさり。スープは飲みやすく、最後まで飽きずに楽しめました。麺は細麺でスルスルとすすりやすく、スープとの相性も抜群。途中で卓上の辛味を加えてみましたが、これがまた良い味変になります。私は2杯分入れてちょうど良い辛さでしたが、辛さに弱い方は1杯で十分刺激を感じると思います。辛味を加えることでスープの表情がガラッと変わり、二度楽しめるのも魅力です。

安くて美味しいラーメンをしっかり楽しみたい方にはおすすめのお店。コスパも味も文句なしで、また行きたいと思いました。

I visited Asagaya Hope Ken for lunch and ordered the Chuka Soba (¥800) with an additional seasoned egg topping (¥80). The first thing that impressed me was how affordable it was — in today’s market, these prices feel almost unbelievable.

Despite its rich-looking appearance, the ramen was surprisingly light and easy to eat. The broth was flavorful yet not too heavy, making it enjoyable until the last sip. The thin noodles were smooth and easy to slurp, pairing very well with the soup. Halfway through, I added the chili seasoning available at the table. For me, two spoonfuls gave just the right level of heat, though for most people, one would probably be enough. The spiciness completely changed the flavor of the soup, adding a whole new dimension to the bowl.

阿佐ヶ谷ホープ軒に初訪です✨️ 厨房は女性のみでとても和やか♡ 老舗の雰囲気が店内に漂います。

ラーメンライス(直球でラーメンライスっていうメニューがあるのなんかいいw)、味付玉子(生もある)、麺大盛いっときました♪ とても美味しかったです😋

女将さんに勧められ途中から唐華なる辛味で味変。 これもいい⤴︎︎︎ ただ辛いだけでなく味に深みを持たせます。

他にお客さんがいなかったので図々しくも女将さんと雑談。

ラーメン界の巨匠、故 難波二三夫氏が19歳の頃に屋台で始めてからの歴史を少しだけ教えて貰っちゃいました⤴︎︎︎ 聞けば女将さんは難波氏の娘さんなのですね♪

ホープ軒て一括りにしてたけど様々な系譜が存在するんですね。 千駄ヶ谷のホープ軒はかつて屋台が100台以上あった中の1台から誕生したお店のようだし、同じ位置づけで言うと環七の土佐っ子もそうらしい。 Wikipediaで調べちゃいました笑 野方ホープは全くの別会社で、野方にあるホープ軒環七丸山店は千駄ヶ谷の系列とかね。
