Shower barely working , no luggage storage post checkout

Water heating was off when I arrived already After turning it on, the shower still didn't work properly (inconsistent pressure; inconsistent heat, barely usable) When I booked, I received a confirmation message stating that luggage storage WAS available (not qualified as "before checkout). I planned my trip accordingly. The host then denied the service they had offered. The host was clear that they COULD do it, that they DID do it in the past, but that they can't be bothered ("faced operational difficulties" was their preferred euphemism) When I explained that this was a problem for me, since I was travelling with heavy luggage, the host still was unwavering in refusing to help The host frames their refusal as being compensated by offering helpful alternatives, but lockers are not helpful, they are costly (had to pay about 4000 yen) and far (you have to carry the luggages under the sun for a km or, as I had to, pay an additional...
