Unfortunately I had a very bad experience here. First the staff tried to overcharge my companion’s drink by adding extra $$ for changing the milk type (complementary on a misto) then I ordered a latte with a shot of vanilla syrup added—it was written correctly on the receipt. First I just received a cup of milk with vanilla inside. I thought…there’s no way they could have forgotten coffee?? In a coffee shop?

After a few sips of a milky white sweet beverage I thought ok, I’ll ask. In fact they had forgotten the coffee! I asked them to remake it. They did, but they didn’t even bother to bring it to the table outside so I had to go in and get it and no idea how long it had been sitting there. Then they had made a regular latte without any vanilla!!!??? At this point my companion has drunk most of their coffee, so I just said oh well but I was really shocked by this bad service since the only reason I go to Starbucks is the service is usually great and the staff don’t make a fuss about adapting your beverage. 近く(駅ビル)にもう1店舗ありますが、駅の方は勉強したりしている人が多く席感覚が狭いイメージ、こちらの店舗は駅から徒歩2.3分で席もゆったり、駅前よりは少し空いていて静かなイメージです。基本的にゆったりはしていますがテーブルが低い席がほとんどな為、勉強や作業などはしづらい店舗ですが、ゆったりと休憩するにはこちらの店舗がお勧めです。また1フロアなので空席があるかもすぐわかり、個人的に気に入っています。 日曜の夕方16-17時頃で、1.2席空いていた、という感じです。並ぶほどではないですが基本ほぼ満席だったので、土日の昼時は混雑しているのではないでしょうか。 接客も丁寧で、飲み物を作られた後に台に上げる際にほんの少しこぼれたようで、すぐ作り直します！とおっしゃってくれました(ほとんど量も減っておらず気にならない程度だったのでそのままでも良かったのですが、速やかにご対応してくださってとても気持ちがよかったです。) 近くはないのですがまた近くに行った時には...

(2022年時点) 阿佐ヶ谷駅周辺に２店舗あるスタバのビーンズてくて側の店舗です。 多少駅から離れてる分駅前の店舗よりは空いており店員さんも印象良くコミュニケーション取りながら注文、なことも多かったですが 最近は結構混んでることも多くなり店員さんも少し知識不足な…こともあるのは残念(アプリを理解できてない人も)。 (2024.2追記) コロナ明けで常時混みぎみになると共に店員さんの質は落ちてきてる気が… 無表情のうえ、テイクアウトすると紙バッグにホットドリンクとケーキを同居させてくるとは、以前からすると値上げに比例してサービス満足度は大幅ダウンになってしまいました。 (2024.11追記) 週末の昼間などは混雑が激しいですが、それを避ければ比較的落ち着いている雰囲気は健在です。 席のスペース的には駅前より良いかと個人的には感じます。
