Tiny gluten-free bakery with a decent selection. One customer/family allowed in at any one time, so I had to wait outside, not that there were many waiting on this rainy morning. Bakes are generally on the smaller side. It's nice that they are labeled with allergens (in Japanese). Tried the garlic bread, bean bun, and their soy cream melon bun, which came to ¥771. The garlic bread was coated in an oil which made it taste greasy and unpleasant, the crust was also squeaky when biting into it; and was pretty bland. Read moreBiossa in Tokyo is a true gem. Their pastries are absolutely excellent! As someone who is wheat-intolerant, I had never had the chance to enjoy bread this soft and delicious before. The pain perdu is my absolute favorite—rich, perfectly sweet, and comforting. The cinnamon brioche-like pastry is also incredibly tasty, and even their pizzas are full of flavor and perfectly baked. On top of that, the staff is very kind and welcoming. The prices are also very reasonable, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back often whenever I return to Tokyo! Thank you...

That way we could pack and carry the breads around Tokyo, so my son could eat almost anywhere (by swapping out the provided breads with these gluten free ones). Game-changing....
