What an amazing restaurant, defs worth a stop in if you're in the area.
It's a dog friendly restaurant so as soon as we walked in we got greeted with everyone's adorable doggos. And being winter we got the bonus of seeing them all in little jackets which just added to the experience.
The staff here are absolutely lovely. The menus have English in the food section but the special drinks menu is all in Japanese but the wait staff did a fantastic job of bridging the gap.
The food was all very good, and a lot of effort is evident from the chef's to make sure everything is top tier. The herb chips really stood out and caught us by surprise because you think the chip can't get much better but they found a way.

They use the button service method- when you're ready to order or need something, press the button on your table. I mention this because it is not common in America (yet). I don't remember if they have an English menu, but you can use Google Translate easily for this menu.
The bistro is right across from all the beautiful parks so you can take a nice stroll afterwards. The park is very quite and shows an often unseen view of the city if you go at night. They also have a full bar if you just want to stop in for a drink (they have all you can drink wine and beer options).
