I've had dozens of meals around Japan. This one was memorable in a very quaint kind of way. Nothing extravagant, but extremely well done Spanish (verging on the Mediterranean, rather) food. The calamari was good. A tad too inspired by the Japanese way. But good. The Iberian pork with apple balsamic on the other hand... That was a revelation.
