Coffee Shokunin — Restaurant in Tokyo

Not a real rating, but Google Maps doesn't have any way to include this kind of detail. It's definitely closed today, even though Google Maps said it would be open. There's still stuff inside, but it does not have the feeling of having been open recently, and there's a little bank across the street that said they think it's been closed for a while. Best guess would be a very small business and someone is too sick to run it. Not much of a hint, but there's a calendar at the front, hanging as though it's for the benefit of passers-by, and it's showing February. If so, that would be...

2023年10月22日追記：8月中旬から閉まっており、一度店主は脳梗塞（？）で倒れたことがあるとおっしゃっていたので心配していましたが、本日店に寄ってみると、焙煎機などの大きな器具はそのままだったものの、椅子が取り払われ、珈琲豆の保存ジャーが全てなくなっていました。大変残念ですが、今後の再開は期待できないかもしれません。

マスターは問われれば自分のコーヒー哲学を語ってくれるが、聞きもしないのに薀蓄を語ったりそれを客に押し付けたりすることはありません。かと言って、客の半端な知識を感心したように聞いてくれるほどの商売上手でもないので、反発を感じる客もいるのかもしれません。豆は100g800円程度から。とても高いわけではありませんが、安いわけでもない。ただし、200g 買うとマスターが手づから入れてくれるカップサービスがつきます。豆を30g...
