Dai Ni Chikara Shu Zo — Restaurant in Tokyo

An excellent Izakaya (Japanese equivalent to tapas or dim sum) restaurant that is less than 5 minutes walk from Nakano train station. The dishes are meant for sharing. Although the servers do not speak English, there is an abbreviated English menu, and they were very helpful and friendly when we tried to order dishes that were not on the English menu. The ground floor seating ambience is charming, and the 1st floor has tatami seating. We ordered the grilled cod and grilled salmon and much preferred the grilled salmon, which was crispy on the outside and moist inside.
