I’d never tried aburasoba before and just popped in here thinking it was a regular ramen shop on my way to the station after hours of browsing Nakano Broadway. I’m so grateful I did, as I’ve found a new favorite dish. The broth was so rich and delicious, but you only get enough to wet the perfectly-chewy noodles. The onsen egg was the standout, definitely mix it in to thicken everything up, and once you’re done with the solids you can ask for rice to soak up what’s left. Absolutely scrumptious.
