If I could award 6 stars, this amazing establishment deserves it! This is one of the best restaurants in Tachikawa, Tokyo, let alone in all of Japan. Everything is taken with such pride and care, you can actually taste it! The grand chef Yoshiaki Fukuhara’s passion and dedication to impeccably delicious cuisine is phenomenal. I was fortunate enough to eat dinner here twice during my stay at the beautiful Sorano Hotel and each meal was an incredible and unique experience. The amazing staff members all the way from the bar to the kitchen made sure everything was perfect. The courses were thoughtfully paced and made fresh, each dish was full of rich flavor and beautifully presented. I almost forgot to mention the service staff recommended some delicious Sake parings with the multi course meal.
