This shop is located in front of the Samezu Driver’s License Testing Center, and since there aren’t many dining options in the area, it likely sees many visitors after license procedures or lectures.

The soup has a notably strong sourness. The noodles are not thick, but rather similar to regular ramen noodles. It doesn’t follow the flavor trend of modern tsukemen. Judging by the atmosphere of the place, they’ve likely maintained this taste for a long time.

Personally, I didn’t find the soup to my liking. However, the gyoza and fried rice are flavors that can be recommended to anyone.

はじめての訪問。 予定では免許センター内食堂で食事予定が食堂の営業時間は8時―15時の為こちらへ来ることに。

15時15分でお客は私を入れて5人。 この時間で考えればまぁまぁの客入りだろう。

ネギ味噌ラーメン餃子セットを注文。 オーダーから提供まで約10分。 ネギ味噌ラーメンは味噌ラーメンとしてはとてもあっさりだと思う。 唐辛子が意外と効いてて食事中汗が出る。 ただ、食べ進めても辛さは感じない。 麺はツルツルシコシコさを感じる。 あっさりスープにツルツル麺で、正直麺とスープが絡んでるとは感じない。 スープと野菜が量多め。 二郎系とは言わないが、これは満足。

餃子はとても美味しい。 具材は細かくみじん切りされ、とてもいい食感。 さらにほのかにニンニクが効いている。 そのほのかさもいい感じ。 これなら翌日への罪悪感はそれほど感じない。 餃子自体も大きめで、餃子に関しては餃子で有名なチェーン店よりも美味しいと感じる。

値段は、ネギ味噌ラーメン餃子セットで1250円。 この値段だけを見れば、そんなに高くは感じない。 値段の良し悪しはメニューで変わるようだ。 ちなみに半チャーハンは500円。 これは高いと感じたから頼まなかった。

トータル的に見れば、個人的には中の下かな。 周りにライバルがいないからやっていけてるのだろう。 それと店内はよく言えば老舗の中華屋、悪く言えば汚い。 間違いなく...
