Darjeeling Kasuga — Restaurant in Tokyo

There was only one person available to wait on a total of twenty something people. His Japanese and English were hard to understand, and he failed to be polite by warning that the kitchen would take a long time to prepare the meals. Entering at around 20:15 hs, the food only arrived 21:45. We were sitting outside and the weather was chilly, yet no blanket or change of table was offered to us. we wished we had been warned of the time beforehand. Furthermore, we were handed the drink menu, yet anything other than beer or Lassi was unavailable, and had his reply coming out quickly "no have, beer ok?". I chose to eat at this place because the decor was amazing. Unfortunately, the food was not despite the high price. Both of the curry I ordered was not hot was at room temperature.
