His Japanese and English were hard to understand, and he failed to be polite by warning that the kitchen would take a long time to prepare the meals. Entering at around 20:15 hs, the food only arrived 21:45. We were sitting outside and the weather was chilly, yet no blanket or change of table was offered to us. we wished we had been warned of the time beforehand.
