Lamb ramen? Definitely a new one on me. And I can't say it was bad at all! The meat was definitely not gamey as it could've been, their soup base was delicious (I opted for the stronger Tsukemen dipping version), and the price was reasonable at 1100¥ with all the toppings. And you can choose your noodle portion, included with the price!
Definitely worth the try if you're a ramen lover like me and want to have something a little different. I will definitely go back, but in the end, I think I still prefer a regular bowl of tonkotsu ramen with...

I had the lamb niboshi Tsukemen and it was incredibly rich and fatty. It had a lot of umami and a hint of sweetness. The noodles were absolutely incredible. Some of the tastiest and thickest noodles I’ve had, with great texture.
I’ve never wanted to go back to ramen place so bad, but also feel like I need time before going back, because of how rich it was.
Some menu items do run out so, go earlier rather than later if you want to try their 坦々麺 or まぜそば.

the quality can be quite inconsistent sometimes i find, but major props to them for being creative with the seasonal menu. the lamb tsukemen and mazesoba are my favourites. great rich lamb flavour that is further complemented by the vinegar they put out. it also makes for a fun dining experience testing different taste combinations with all the spices you get at your table.
