I have been to this shop a few times now and I like the food, they serve various types of ramen, from shio and shoyu to tonkotsu, tsukumen and spicy ones. There are side dishes like rice and gyoza and you can order additional toppings for the ramen. Overall I like the food but frankly, I would reconsider going there anymore SOLELY because of the lady staff. Unsmiling and ungracious, she took our order without a word and with a scowl on her face. She served us the food brusquely and put the bowls and drinks down heavily on the table. Even the bill was almost slammed on the table for us to pay later. I don't know what is the matter with her but based on previous reviews, I am not the only one complaining about her horrible level of service. I hope something will be done to help improve the quality of service there, she is driving away customers. No point having such relatively good food when the staff can't behave as they should in...

We had tsukemen with pork bone broth here. It didn't exactly suit my taste for dipping noodle ramens. A touch too watery and out of the ordinary. Perhaps something for those with a more refined palette for these types of dipping ramens.

桜新町で見つけた！あのタレントが手掛ける豚骨ラーメン屋🍜

今回ご紹介するのはタレントとしても活躍されているデビット伊東さんがプロデュースのお店！

駅の階段を上がり出口に出ると早速サザエさんメンバーのお出迎え☺️ サザエさん通りを歩いて向かうこと3分ほど、お店に近づくにつれて漂う豚骨の香りに誘われてお店に到着！

豚骨ラーメンが名物なので、醤油豚骨か塩とんこつが悩んだけど、店舗限定ワードに惹かれて今回は桜新町店限定の『桜ブラック』と『肉ごはん』をセットで楽しんできました😋

待つこと5分程で着丼！ 運ばれてきた瞬間から、ぐわ〜っと香る生姜の良い香りが食欲そそる🤤 ブラックというだけあって漆黒の醤油スープにメンマ、脂乗りの良いチャーシュー、シャキシャキのかいわれ大根ともやし、センターにすりおろし生姜とナルトの布陣✨

スープを一口飲んでみると見た目と違って濃さはなく、豚骨ベースなのにすーっと染み込む甘塩っぱい醤油味！ 麺は低下水細麺でツルツルっと喉越しも良くスープとの相性も◎ すりおろし生姜を溶かし入れることで、甘塩っぱさにニンニクと生姜のパンチが効いた食べ進めるたびにお腹がすくほど後引くクセになる味わい🤤 飲み干し間際には底に隠れてた黒胡椒が表情を現してきて、終盤にパキッと〆る良いスパイスになっておりました✨

サイドで頼んだ『肉ご飯』はご飯の上に角切りチャーシューを乗せて甘辛なタレで味付けされた一杯🍚 甘辛な味付けにチャーシューの脂の甘さが加わり、こちらも後引く美味しさ😋 チャーシューがたっぷりなので、普通に食べ勧めても肉が余るくらいのボリュームが嬉しかった🥰
