As other reviews said if you’re a foreigner DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered to my hotel with my room number included and they went to the front desk and didn’t even bother to contact me or wait for me. Mind you I literally went downstairs right when I saw they said the pizza arrived. Not even a minute after I got the notification that it was delivered the guy left. The number they provided doesn’t even work so I couldn’t even call them. I managed to get a refund and reordered since I got uber eats credit and then my order came right away.. probably because they realized I re-placed the order and acknowledged the room number. However, upon opening my pizza they got my order wrong. I ordered a tropical pizza with additional italian sausage and they gave me a pepperoni pizza with italian sausage.. The whole point of a tropical pizza is the PINEAPPLE. It didn’t have pineapple OR ham. Pepperoni wasn’t even in the description of the pizza so I don’t even know why they added it. I don’t understand how they can get the order wrong when it’s literally in Japanese. The box came warm but the food was cold. Don’t even know how that’s possible. Literally a joke. Just order from Pizza Hut and save yourself...
Read moreFOREIGNERS STAY AWAY! This place is very unfriendly to Americans. I asked for English, and they hung up on me. I asked my hotel to help me order and they assured me that this place spoke English. After 3 calls, a girl finally said she spoke English. Still, she struggled with English and told me that if I wanted to order, I should just call Uber Eats. I ordered through Uber Eats, and it cost more. The delivery took 40 minutes longer than the app told me. The food was cold. The food was also tiny. And my sandwich had almost nothing in it. It was 97% bread. Given that it was already overpriced, this gives me another reason never to order hwre. It's disappointing all the way around. I will say that I don't expect people to speak English in another country. However, this is a heavily touristy part of town, and the hotel advertises for Domino's specifically for English speaking customers. I was told that they just don't prefer to speak English and that's why...
Read moreI saw what people wrote and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Rather than call them, I walked there… I was greeted by a very smiley young man, who does not speak English but he showed me a menu in English. Very detailed, with pictures and so incredibly easy to see the options. Also, they have the “sizes” of the pizza drawn out so there is no confusion. It took me 3 minutes to order, I waited approx. 12 on one of the two chairs they have there, and happily left with 4 large pizzas, boxed and packed in bags for easy carry.
If you think you can order by phone, you are not in Kansas anymore…. Don’t be insulted if they cannot communicate. If you physically go there, you will...
