Hotel BaliAn Resort - Shinjuku Main — Hotel in Tokyo

We loved everything about our stay here! There were so many facilities and free gifts included - such generous hospitality. There are lots of freebies available in the main lobby - from spa products and cosmetics. to desserts and tea bags. We loved using the games room and sports area - all free to use. Our room was lovely and very spacious - there were 3 of us but could comfortably have fit another 2 people in. We had a HUGE bath in our room which was so lovely to use after long days exploring, as were the massage chairs and foot baths in the lobby. We ordered room service through the TV a few times which was great and convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful and if they struggled with English they could always find another staff member who could. They went above and beyond when helping us with our luggage shipping and finding us plasters for our blisters. The location was great - a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku main station and smaller stations even closer than that. FamilyMart and 7/11 just across the road. The only problem we had was that the hotel was so lovely we didn't want to leave! If I ever return to Tokyo I wouldn't even consider any other hotels when this one was perfect for us! First, pay attention to which location you are at! There are at least 3 Bali locations within a 5 minute walking radius! They are part of the same chain, but of you are from out of town (or tired) you may walk into the wrong one if you leave the building. The staff was very friendly and helped give me directions to the one I was actually staying at.

We got a "moderate" category room and we "stayed" overnight. The room was very spacious! Each photo I attached is of my room- not the public shared space. There was also a massage chair I forgot to photograph.

The staff (at both locations haha) were very friendly and could answer some questions in English. There were so many options for toiletries! Not only does the room come stocked, but there is a shelf downstairs with like 6 other brands of shampoo and conditioner if you don't like the one already in the room. Stayed here yesterday and the room and hotel was very beautiful but I booked this to celebrate my engagement in Tokyo and Christmas and the room next door was so loud couldn’t sleep at all , so I’ve lost a whole day of my trip in Tokyo cos I was so tired I felt ill . So I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to actually sleep . I’m not sure why they put a girls party next to a Christmas room booking for 2 people .
