Doutor — Restaurant in Tokyo

東向島駅を降りてすぐのところにあるドトールです。建物の1階にあり、出入り口に段差があるものの車椅子等の障碍を持つ方が入りづらいと感じる程の段差ではないと思います。給仕されるドリンクや料理の種類及び質、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のドトールと遜色無いように思います。 外見からでは店内は狭いように感じますが、意外にも店内は広く、席数も充分にあると思います。建物がマンションであるからか、利用客一人一人があまり大声を上げないようにしよう、という気遣いが感じられ、少なくとも私が利用した際はあまりお喋りするような人は見かけませんでした。ゆったりくつろぐには丁度いいかもしれません。 その一方で、店内には大きな柱があり、店内の様子がやや把握しづらいです。しかも、折角充電用のコンセントがあるカウンター席があるのに、別の席のテーブルが接するように置かれているなど、店内の構造をうまく活用しきれていない、という印象を持ちます。

This Doutor is located just outside Higashi Mukojima Station. It's located on the first floor of the building, and although there are steps at the entrance and exit, they are not so steep that wheelchair users and people with disabilities would find it difficult to enter. The variety and quality of the drinks and dishes served and the customer service of the staff seem to be on par with other Doutor coffee shops. From the outside, the interior of the cafe seems small, but it's surprisingly spacious, with ample seating. Perhaps it's because the building is an apartment building, but I could sense that they try not to have each customer shout too loudly, and at least when I used the cafe, I did not see many people chatting. It's a good place to relax and unwind. On the other hand, there are large pillars inside the cafe, making it somewhat difficult to get a clear view of the interior. Moreover, although there are counter seats with power outlets for recharging, the tables are placed so that they are in contact with other tables, giving the impression that the cafe's interior structure is not...

It's true that it kinda feels like a retirement home, as a lot of neighborhood old folks goes to this outlet for their daily coffee and breakfast. That being said, the morning latte and sandwich is fine. Seating is available and good....

Doctor is always great. The staff are always friendly and the coffee is the best. Hot dogs...
