サウル(故郷)料理を目指していますが、 (ソウルに住む人はソウル料理という言葉をまったく使うことは見たことがない。。)

プデチゲとサラダを見るとら90年代-2000年代風のスタイルの感じです。

歴史があるので価値がある料理。

メニューがかなり多いが、殆の料理が韓国で普通の店より美味しです。

焼肉が得意のお店なので、特に肉を使った料理(チゲやちゃんぽう)がうまいです。

赤坂である韓国料理屋さんレベルでも比べれると思います。
