Eitaro Sushi — Restaurant in Tokyo

The best sushi meal I've ever had. I've been to multiple locations and this one beats them by a good margin.

The Prawn This prawn was by far one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. It was on the same level of flavor complexity and richness as cut of A5.

The O-Toro The quality of the fish was impeccable. Some of the fattiest O-Toro I have eaten. Mind meltingly good.

The Uni Pure umami flavor fresh from the sea. Excellent quality.

The Scallop Something I'm most picky about. Scallops tend to be too soft and mushy. This scallop had the perfect amount of firmness, great texture and a wonderful flavor array.

The Roe Excellent flavor. Nothing out of the ordinary.

The Rice The rice is a very important staple of sushi cuisine. The rice was cooked to perfection and had the right amount of vinegar.

All the sushi came with the wasabi and soy sauce already applied, so the ratio was to the chef's choice.

The Service Charming staff. They were polite and the service was fast.

If you are foreigners they will charge you more than double what the local pay. This is not right .they have a menu for foreigners and one for local, always use Google translate take a photo from the store outside in Japanese and order from there. Food is fine but ripping non Japanese more than double is not fine. They also cannot explain...

They don’t accept credit card/ debit card if you are a foreigner for some reason, we paid 9,000 yen for just a glass of sake and 13 pieces of nigiri. Definitely price gouging for foreigners so be wary...
