I been here stay for couple nights but I am really NOT recommending to all tourist, especially if you don't understand Japanese. it really Not friendly to foreigner. Location is pretty not convenient. The front staff service are very rude and worst. I travel a lot to everywhere all the years. even though everywhere have the different acceptable rules. but the front staff should inform their customers in advance about what's difference. At least should inform the customer about the check out time and/or any extra charge. but this hotel didn't said anything and thinking all customers should read everywhere in the corner of the hotel about this rules board with ONLY Japanese words. I been down to the ground floor hall ranging my luggage when the day of check out, there saw me still didn't said anything until after half an hour I ready to go and return the hotel key, there just told me that I past 25min. and must pay for extra money. it's so worst that they didn't inform us in check in time and when he see me more than 30 min at the hall arrange my luggage and still not past the check out time yet, but they didn't say anything too. and when I explain it. they keep act and sounds like not understanding English and using the translator to tell me I should pay, if not will not giving me back the shoe locket key or let me go. so means, if you not understand Japanese, I don't think this hotel is good for you. Even though you can speak....but I still not recommend this hotel to anyone,...
Read moreI really would like to give this Hotel 4/5 or 5/5, however there is something mentioned from other reviews; THE SMELL. omg. I stayed in a lot of capsule Hotels so far, and the smell is really making the sleeping quality go down..which is what a hotel is about after all. ||That being sad, for the good part:||This Hotel is excellent for the Location, because there are so many restaurants, bars, nightlife arround it and the Line to the airport is also within walking distance. So no need to go to the big ueno station. ||The staff is very friendly, the tv/eating area is very small, but offers everything you need for a quick meal (tv, wifi, table, seat, electricity). bath area was ok too.||If someone dont care so much about the smell, i can highly recommend to stay here before you head to Narita airport, or just want to stay in a cheaphotel in an...
Read moreIt's a bit of an older type of capsules but they were very comfortable to sleep in. It's cleaned every day, the onsen and sauna are nice and hot, and you get a really cool kimono like pajama. Employees and other guests were very friendly and I can tell it was a perfect spot to stay in Tokyo and to have first experience with Japanese culture and capsule hotels culture. Since then, I have always compared capsule hotels to this one. The slight problem was with very tight lockers, but it's possible to keep your bigger luggage upstairs next to your cabin, and never had any...
