Flyer's Table — Restaurant in Tokyo

Flyers Table is adjacent to the Haneda Excel Hotel at Terminal 2 in Haneda Airport, Japan. We arrived at 10.30 for breakfast but alas, it was now actually ‘lunch’ and the menu looked inviting with some interesting choices. We were able to leave our suitcases securely at the entrance and were escorted to a lovely table. We chose our Beef with white rice, salad and soup (1906 YEN including service charge & consumption tax) and Vegetable curry with butter rice, salad and soup (1839 YEN including service charge & consumption tax). The menu also includes free access to the ‘Drink Bar’ which has multiple choices of coffee / hot chocolate / tea machines to make you a beverage. The meal arrived with the soup first, which was small but exceptionally tasty. Then the salad, fresh ingredients and some mayonnaise in a small bowl to add if you desired. The curries were generous in portion size, with a delightful blend of flavours and textures. The beef was tender and the sauce rich. My vegetable curry was not only pleasing to the eye but I found the tastes something that I hadn’t tried before. If this is what I’m in for when travelling through Japan, I’m going to enjoy this trip. Service was excellent with staff being extremely attentive and quick to remove plates as we finished them. Wheelchair accessible. Disabled friendly. Kid friendly. Toilets nearby which are modern and exceptionally clean. They do accept credit cards which was a bonus as many places don’t in Japan. Flyer's Table is located within Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu. This is my favourite as well as the "must visit" restaurant whenever I stopover at Haneda Airport.
