Here’s a simpler and more direct version of your complaint: I’m really disappointed with my experience at Haneda Airport. I was forced to throw away my small portable hair straightener, even though I’ve brought it on flights before, including from Soekarno-Hatta to Narita and back with no issues. The staff didn’t offer any solution, and I had no choice but to lose my personal item.

The two people next to the exit of the monorail station were extremely rude with no knowledge of English and no willingness to help. Instead of giving Information there is just muffled Japanese behind the mask and any questions are being ignored.
