GIAPPOLI BOTANICA — Restaurant in Tokyo

Had been trying to go here for a while, finally was able to get reservation for two at the counter on Saturday night by calling at lunchtime. It's not so spacious inside and was packed with groups and families -- no little kids though -- so nice if you like that lively atmosphere. The good was that the pizzas were fantastic: stone oven fired with generous toppings, nothing too unusual but the special was ground pork and spring greens on cheese sauce base -- really good! Nice wine selection too, the glass wines were quality. The rest of the menu is pretty small, not much variety but the pasta looked good. Got a clam and shrimp in nori soup appetizer that was fantastic, but the mixed appetizer plate was totally not worth it! Also the server we had was rushed and made a few little mistakes, including almost turning us away because she couldn't find our reservation! Anyway, ended up about 7000 yen for two with two glasses of wine. Would go again just for the pizza alone. Don't know if English is available, but saw other foreigners there as we were...

A friend of mine invited me to this place he told me I would really love the pizza and the food but I haven’t been to the places that I wasn’t too sure any invited me for the place so when the when there were on the sleeve the place is amazing and has Italian I didn’t feel so good about the past...

北口の通りにあり、薪が置いてるのでわかりやすい 店に入るやいなや 全女性からの視線が刺さる👩‍👩‍👧‍👧 これはちと恥ずかしい🫣

この日は女子会でランチは激混みなようだ 名前書いて待っことにした 途中、アベックが来るも、圧倒されたのか 踏み入れる事なく去っていく 自分以外の全員女性 新大久保のカフェ以来の状況だが あの時とは感じが違う 居心地は悪くない🤣

視線が気になるが そんな事気にしてたら食べれない ちょっと座りにくいカウンターで

店内はL字型になっており、入って右奥にかなり入るスペースがある 一番奥の壁の色がピンクの様な紫？ に絵？か写真を飾っている こう言う色使いってフランスっぽい

ピッツァランチの中で 水牛モッツァレラがあったので マルゲリータDOCのピッツァランチにした 2022/7/27時点では¥1400

薪窯のナポリピッツァにしては 異常に安い ¥1000ちょいで食べれる サラダにドルチェ に飲み物も付いての値段 今(2022/7/27)もこの値段 かなりコスパ高い

窯は薪窯　これも何処のか聞くの忘れた ピッツァの印象は軽い 小麦粉は薄力粉系？聞くの忘れた

ランチには丁度良い感じ 大きさは30cmは無いかな 少し小さい感じ コルチョーネも気持ち小さめ サクッとした感じで、粘りも若干少ない 塩気が少ないからか、 小麦粉の味をダイレクトに感じれる 焼き加減は良い で、全体的には軽い感じで幾らでも入りそう ランチには良いかなと、ディナーも見たが ピッツァの値段変わらずなんで夜もかなりお得かと思います デザートも付いてくるし
