大正時代や昭和初期の喫茶店を彷彿させる、シックな佇まいのカフェです。池上総合病院が近くにあり、処方された薬を受け取る薬局も多いため、診察前や診察後、親しい人の診察中や薬の受け取りの時間調整等の利用する人が多いです。 店内は広く、オープンテラス席を含め席数も充分にあります。3～4人用のテーブル席の構成が多く、家族や友人同士でお喋りに興じながらひと時を過ごす人が多いですが、客の回転はそれほど悪くはなく、基本的に店内が混雑して入店に時間がかかる、といったことはあまりありません。 スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、適度な距離感をもって対応します。比較的空いた時間帯の利用だからかもしれませんが、注文と給仕に時間を要した、といったことはありません。 給仕されるコーヒーを始めとするドリンクや軽食類も美味しく仕上がっていますが、トーストなどにトッピングされている蜂蜜がかなり甘いように感じます。甘いものが苦手な人は注意が必要です。

The cafe has a chic atmosphere of coffee shops of the Taisho and early Showa eras. Since Ikegami General Hospital is nearby, and there are some pharmacies where people can pick up their prescribed medicines, many people use the cafe before or after their medical examinations, while their close ones are being examined, or to adjust the time for picking up their medicines. The cafe is spacious and has enough seats, including open terrace seats, and most of the tables are for three or four people, giving the impression that most people are families or friends who want to spend some time chatting with each other. However, the turnover of customers is not that bad, and basically it does not take long to enter the cafe due to the crowd. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. I never had to wait long for my order to be served, which may be because I was there during relatively empty hours. This is a chain cafe restaurant but, it's one of the more spacious ones I've been to. It's well lit with a good number of tables for groups as well as singles. The outdoor deck area is a nice touch as well.

Ordering is done at the table and payment is at the counter with all the cakes.

池上駅から徒歩5分程度の立地。 オープン当初から愛用するカフェ。 この日は、ケーキセットに、珈琲お替り。 苺のショートケーキ、マロンケーキ共に美味。 それ以上に、椿屋ブレンドのサイフォン仕立ての珈琲が美味でお替りしました。 店頭のデッキと室内と、どちらも居心地が良いです。 スタッフの対応も丁寧。 久しぶりに訪問。 やっぱり、池上のカフェは、ここが1番と再認識しました。 ケーキあり、軽食あり。 屋内の禁煙スペース テラス席は電子煙草ok、紙煙草は喫煙ブース。 誰とでもコーヒーを楽しめる。 コーヒーおかわりは半額！
