Himari-ya — Restaurant in Tokyo

My cousin who lives a few suburbs away took my friends and I to this lovely izakaya slightly outside of KichiJoji and the food and sake was incredible. The flavours that we experienced were extremely unique and amazing. My friends from Australia will probably never experience such a meal again on their trip so I am glad that we came here. Every dish we ordered was very good. Our favourite dishes were the: cooked mackerel pork belly on potato pickles

And the sake variety was extensive. We specifically liked the sake from Fukusihma (particularly the one the owner had recommended). The other cool part we really appreciated was we got to choose the sake cups that we wanted to use for the night. Attention to detail!

Surprisingly good! Everything that was served was in great portions, and not a single miss. Reasonably prices, and with a large selection of sake, too. The only two weak points in my experience was the lack of a smoking section, and the very strange entrance. It's easy to miss. But still looks to be a regular hangout...

いつも深夜にお邪魔するお店。 駅から遠いですが、その魅力を書きます。 駅近辺の居酒屋って結構コスパを考えられたお店だと思うので、正直居座りづらい。椅子も疲れるものが多く、決して長くいるために作られたものではないなと印象（もちろん価格帯にもよると思いますが） このお店は食事ももちろん最高ですが、空間がとても作られているなと思います。それもくつろぐために。 基本的に掘りごたつのようなタイプであり、椅子は布ソファー？のような素材。腰からテーブルまでの距離もほどよく、疲れない演出がいたるところにあります。店員のサービスよく、出てくる魚も日本酒のセレクトもいいので、ちょっとした旅館にきてサービスを受けている気分になれます。書いていてまた行きたくなってきました。笑 基本的に地元の人しかこない印象ですが。デートとかで吉祥寺に足を運ぶ方にも居心地よく、もっと吉祥寺が好きになるんじゃないかなーと思っています。 いつ...
