Acknowledging that second-hand items might have functionality issues this product malfunction, I purchased an Apple pencils from hard off. The pencil was all dirty and didn’t work well especially on a brand-new tablet.
I decided to purchase new Apple Pencil and return the broken one.
I encountered defensive staff who struggled to comprehend my request. The situation escalated with the staff raising their voice, prompting me to request a more respectful tone. Despite my attempts to clarify the issue was not personal, communication remained challenging. The prices might be a bit higher than others but their items are usually in better cosmetic and working condition and most come with a 3-9 month warranty for returns/exchanges if something is defective. The crew is amazingly friendly and helpful. As with most hard offs, you can also sell your gear here. A must visit for any audio enthusiast...
