I rarely write reviews, and I hate to post a negative one near where I live. But here we go: No menu, or guidance regarding what is available for lunch. Lunch menu is apparently posted on the wall above the kitchen out of sight of where we are sitting. After 15 to 20 mins, my 3 year old daughter is acting up— tired and hungry. Crying but not at all having a meltdown. We are asked to leave since we are disturbing other guests. (Note: aside from my daughters friends there are perhaps 2 other people who don’t seem to bothered at all, but whatever) Since we had already ordered we ask for our food to go- which they hurriedly prepared. Only to find it was incomplete, and missing key ingredients.
Paid full price for incomplete meal. 3 year old kicked out for being a little fussy with her friends(again not a meltdown). And overall a very hostile environment towards families...

We speak no Japanese and there are no english menus, but that wasn't a problem at all, the lovely waitress had great english and with the help of google translate we had a great feed of sashimi (great), crab cakes (awesome), chicken wings (even better), and some sort of scallop/abalone thing that was great.
