This establishment has excellent access to the Kuramae Station on the Toei Asakusa Line. The hotel is just behind the building when you take the A2 exit. We got a direct train from the NRT airport to Kuramae Station without any changes. That is important when you have luggage. It is also walking distance from the Kuramae Station on the Toei Oedo Line. It was our first stop in Japan and we did not know about the metro station facilities. We had to take the luggage up and down the stairs. Later, we found out that mostly all stations have elevator or escalator at some place. With the access to two metro lines, it was very easy to visit the attractions of Tokyo.||The staff at the check in was very warm and welcoming. If they had difficulty in English they used a translation device. We did not face any problem on language at this or any hotel in the cities we visited.||The rooms are so small that there is no space for even one suitcase, forget about two. Coming from India for a 17 day trip to Japan, all of us had one suitcase each. Unfortunately, there is no facility to unpack the suitcase and push it under the bed. There was no wardrobe or shelves for that. Further, the double beds have two sides flush with the walls and one side has a very thin strip which gets blocked by the suitcase. One person has to go over the other, to get to the second bed. And as our trip progressed, we found that this is the norm for all the hotels that we stayed in. ||The establishment was clean. The towels and sheets brilliant white. The bathroom was fine. The rooms are cleaned after three days. The fresh towels are provided daily, if requested without entry to room. There is coin laundry available which was very convineint for our long trip.||It seemed that not much cooking was done in the hotel kitchen. The breakfast was simple and maybe not suitable for vegans and / or vegetarians. The very good point was that those who do not want to eat in the lobby could take it up to the room. Disposable polystyrene boxes with compartments were given for the breakfast. The guests could fill them up and carry them to their room for consumption. Some of the menu items were in limited quantity. If something was finished, they did not have the ability to...
