Jing Hua Xiao Chi — Restaurant in Tokyo

Not exactly the food that tourists would expect and crave as ‘Singaporean food’ but as a Singaporean, I was sooo pleasantly surprised that there was such a restaurant here, especially their non dim sum menu. The way some of the dishes are cooked are very similar to what you’d find in more local heartland restaurants and at home. 平日の木曜日、お昼の12時ごろに訪問。 1人で入店しましたが、2人席に案内してもらいました。あと10分以内には満席になるだろうなあという混み具合でした。

物理メニューはありつつ、QRコードでオーダーするタイプ。 今回はランチセットから、一番人気と書いてあるAの小籠包セット1,000円に、麺大盛り+100円を注文しました。ちなみに麺は広東麺を選びました。

最初にサラダが運ばれてきて、次に小籠包が来ました。 小籠包が大好きなので、わりとよく鼎泰豊には行くのですが、鼎泰豊の小籠包に比べて、ジンホアの小籠包は皮が柔らかいにも関わらず破れにくく、フワフワでとてもおいしかったです！

広東麺もちゃんとおいしかったです！ 恵比寿でこの内容で1,000円ならかなりコスパがいい気がします。

2015年くらいにシンガポールのジンホアで餃子を食べたことがあり、その時はそんなに感動しなかったため、恵比寿店も行くのを躊躇していましたが、完全に期待を超えてくれました。
