The ramen here is very tasty! I have tried at least three different bowls and all were very, very good. You can order easily through the ticket machine near the entrance/exit. We also tried some boiled dumplings, which were also delicious! The staff is friendly and though I do not speak Japanese, the lady that helped me made an effort to speak English, which I really appreciate :)

Came across this store when wandering around the Kamata JR station area. A little further from the station, but I really wanted ramen. Had the Hakata Ramen and it did not disappoint. The soup was not too heavy, but it was still flavourful. The noodles were thin and had good texture. Perfect for a cold and rainy day.

興味を引く限定ラーメンが販売されたので、行ってきました。花月嵐初訪問です。 シン・ゲンコツらあめんを注文。 あの飯田商店の飯田店主が、花月嵐創業30週年記念コラボとして、開発した一杯。楽しみである。 来店してたお客さん、ほぼこちらを注文していた。5分ほどで着丼。 ではでは、まずは麺から。つるっとして程よくコシもあり旨い麺だ。はるゆたか等３種類の国産小麦がブレンドされた麺である。 スープは見た目クリーミーぽいが、さらっとしてる。豚骨と豚肉のみで抽出されたスープは、タレも脂も使用しない、言わば究極の豚出汁。濃厚ではないがコクに旨味はタップリ出ており、ガツンと来る感じではないけど、飲みだしたら止まらなくなるスープ。 豚バラチャーシューも、薄目だけど豚の旨味充分。 ちょこっと浮くアンコールペッパーを口で弾くと、爽やかな辛みと風味がさ～っと広がり、スッと引く感じ。スープの邪魔をせずアクセントとして素晴らしい役割を果たす。名残惜しく完飲です。 う～ん、胃袋にも心にも染み入る旨い一杯でした。

蒲田の花月

花月ファンとしては立地が微妙なのが気になるところ。 昔工学院通りにＺＥＲＯ１があったが、あそこを花月にしてくれれば良かったのに。

花月と言えば塩ラーメン派も多いのではないだろうか？ 私も塩ラーメンににんにく、壺からにら、一味を振りかけてパンチのあるラーメンを堪能している。

大阪道頓堀に金龍ラーメンというとんこつ醤油細めんに唐ニラとにんにく、きむちを加えて食べるジャンクラーメンがあるのだが、その雰囲気に似ている。

あぶらとにんにくと、とうがらしが三位一体となって口に広がる。 品の無いペペロンチーニである。

中毒性のある味である。 生のニンニクが鼻を、トウガラシが舌を、とめどなく刺激してくる。 この一見物足らない細めんが、食べているうちにこれで良いんだと思わせてくる。

飲んだ後にこのらーめんを食べるとあまりのうまさにスープを残らず飲んでしまうのだが、翌日猛烈に体調が悪くなるので素人にはお勧めしない。
