L'attente était vraiment longue, surtout dans un air aussi chargé en huile de friture, mais j'ai heureusement pu passer le temps en parlant avec des locaux d'Ogasawara, emplis de bonne humeur ! Les sobas grillés étaient vraiment simples en termes de goût, j'aurais aimé davantage de légumes et d'épices pour complexifier les saveurs. Et la portion était plutôt petite pour le prix... Mais il est malgré tout difficile d'être sévère avec ce restaurant car il propose, malgré tous ses défauts, un service au rapport qualité prix très digne pour les standards...

小笠原で最も有名で人気のラーメン屋さん。タンメン発祥の一品香の流れを汲むお店で、イチオシはタンメン！

なのですが、小笠原ならではのオリジナルのメニューがいっぱいあるんです。

ここでのイチオシは、やっぱりアカバらーめんと、ビルフィッシュたんめんですね。アカバは、それこそ父島ならではのお魚で、アカバがどーんと乗ったラーメン。まさにここでしか食べられない個性的な魚ラーメン。ビルフィッシュたんめんもまた、お魚を使った絶品タンメンになっていて、食べ手を圧倒させてくれます！

タンメンと麻婆麺を合体させたタンマも、問答無用で美味しかったです。小笠原でなくても食べられるけど、ここで食べる麻婆タンメン、格別でした。

そして、チーズとチリソースの入った包飯！...
