Kiyoshi — Restaurant in Tokyo

I have to say this is by FAR the best Ramen we had for our 8-9 days trip in Japan, across various suburbs in Tokyo, Osaka and Nara.

Not only is the Ramen tasting great, but the Chasyu (pork) is jelly like tender whilst very tasteful.

The noodles of course is having the right texture, but the soup is an absolute hidden gem.

I honestly won’t usually bother posting any feedback but this place is way above the 5 star possible considering how hard we have been looking in Japan for our perfect Ramen.

Came here around 1:30am on a Saturday and ordered a tsukemen ramen and gyozas through the vending machine. The first taste was an intense flavour of fish. The broth was thick and included bamboo, green onions and pieces of pork and fish in it. It's so flavoursome and moreish, I found myself trying to find the perfect ratio of broth noodles. The gyozas were great, crispy and juicy.

Overall a hearty meal in the middle of the night. If you're staying locally and wanted a late night meal/snack then I'd recommend giving this...

2025.2に初来店。駅から少し距離があるためあまり気が付かなかった。ダブルスープの醤油がメインのお店だと思います。 店員はシングルで少し時間がかかります。Paypayが使えます。事前に口頭で店員に声かけるタイプです。

特製醤油ラーメンを頼みました。一番オーソドックスなメニューです。 脂と節が少し香りと味がありますが、塩味や醤油の香り、動物性はあまり感じず。全体的に味が薄くて？と思う感じでした。

他にも、牡蠣や赤エビを使ったメニューもありました。 つけ麺が強いのでしょうか。小麦を味わうための面の太さと味付けかもしれません。チャーシューやタケノコは惜しかったですが、私は水菜よりもネギの方が好きなのと、海苔が紙ですねｗ。海苔はお金をある程度出さないとただの板紙です。風味も味も全くないので乗っけるのであれば、それなりのものを使った方がいいと思います。

スタッフのふるまいやお店の清潔さなどは悪くないと思います。家族とでもはいれるのでしょう。 もしかしたら、つけ麺や牡蠣、赤エビを頼んでいればもう少し乾燥が異なるのかもしれませんが、私は満足はできませんでした。
