Konbuya Ebisu — Restaurant in Tokyo

The restaurant is located at the top of Ebisu Garden Place, so the view was excellent. However, we did not have this view from the room where we were seated.

The food was average if not worse. The salad with a tiny piece of roast beef, fried oyster, broiled salmon, and oden were all just average. Not that different from what you would get at an average supermarket. It was definitely not worth what we paid.

There were only two soft drinks on the menu. Oolong tea and ginger ale. They claimed to have run out of ginger ale before our time was up.

Service was below average, one server who could not answer any of our questions, and another server imposing rules on us about one glass per customer, even though it was inconsistently enforced as some of us had 3 or 4 glasses.

Overall, this place is below average and not worth the price. I will not dine here again and do not recommend...

I strongly recommend to visit this Japanese bistro in the lunch time even though you don’t drink wine at the moment. My friend and I had a great lunch experience either. First of all, the cuisines were amazing for us. Secondly, the environment was cozy and designed with its authentic. It’s quite like connecting traditional culture with the modern society. 今回は恵比寿ガーデンプレイスタワー38Fにお店を構える 『こんぶや恵比寿』さんへ行ってきました。 こちらは言わずと知れたおでん専門店のお店であり、 西麻布に本店を構え、現在は神楽坂・恵比寿に店舗がございます。店内はこの字型のカウンター席とテーブル席があり、窓際のテーブル席からは東京の景色を一望することができます♪また、カウンター席ではおでんやお酒を間近で眺めることができるのでカウンターもオススメです✨ (ちなみに今回、自分はカウンター席での利用です。)
