This restaurant is literally a hidden gem. Having worked at one of the most prestigous french restaurants in Japan, Cote D'Or, the chef is a genuine genious in cooking all dishes at the perfect temparature. Sous vide cooking sounds like a joke when you compare it with his dishes. The highlight of the night was the pigeon. Just using the oven, the pigeon was executed to perfection. The space conveys a sense calm through minimalist design and effortless service.

The food is a fine example of classic French haute cuisine. Each dish was well balanced in terms of texture, seasoning, and flavour, which allowed the hero ingredient to shine.

The butter poached lobster with zucchini noodles and lobster bisque sauce was the standout for me. The rich, concentrated, silky sauce did not overpower the delicate, sweet claw meat.
