Really good lunch course with a choice of 3 appetizers, a main, desserts, and finishing coffee. The portion is a bit small so you might not be full but each dish was very well executed. Appetizer was quite interesting but it was a bit small in my opinion. I kind of wished I had more 😂. Fish in the main dish was very well cooked and paired perfectly with the sauce. There is also a chicken option that looks fantastic as well. The dessert was excellent with the ice cream going really well with the strawberries and cream.

It took few days for us to get the reservation for dinner. I had high expectations and it did not let me down. Though the food was big on Fat, it was all delicious. We chose course B which was around 6K with dessert. Omakase has some weird rule of no single order if you are a couple. My GF can't eat that much so even though I wanted to have omakase, I couldn't. They should change this Omakase rule.

店内は木の温かみを感じるようなカジュアルで過ごしやすい雰囲気のフレンチ。 ラヴァン・グゥコース(5000円)で予約して訪問。

【アミューズ："ホワイトアスパラガスのムース　コンソメのジュレ】

滑らかなアスパラガスのムースにコンソメのジュレ。 ウニ、イカ、甘エビの海鮮の旨味が加わります。

【冷たい前菜：鰹のカルパッチョ　2種のソース】

鰹の刺身、アボカド、オレンジに、パプリカ入りでピリッと辛みのあるソースと白いマイルドなソースを添えて。 パプリカソースがどことなく中東を感じさせるエキゾチックな味わい。

【温かい前菜：とうもろこしのフリット　ひげ根のサラダとホタルイカ】

カリッと揚げたとうもろこしにソテーしたホタルイカ。 とうもろこしのひげ根のサラダは初めて食べたかもしれません。 卑近な例で言えば、柔らかいキャベツの千切りみたいな感じです。

【メイン：豚肉のロースト　黒ニンニクのソース】

厚みのある豚肉はちょうど良い具合の火入れで、外はカリッとした焼目があり、中はしっとり。 黒ニンニクのソースはニンニクの香りというより、香ばしい風味。 このメニューが一番印象に残りました。

【デザート：チーズのムース、キウイ、ココナッツ】

さっぱりとしたチーズムースとキウイの酸味が合うデザート。
