Visited the bakery in the morning and bought five bakery goods to try:
Marron pie: it was quite dense with a flaky exterior and a sweet sugar coating, inside was a chestnut paste and a whole chestnut in the center, probably my favorite out of the ones I've tried Macadamia marron: there was a good amount of macadamia and chestnut bits throughout the bread stick, and the bread has a nice rustic chew to it Garlic butter baguette: it has a very crispy exterior, inside was buttery with plenty of garlic; very tasty French toast: it was dense but soft, eggy with a sweet maple glaze; would be better if the crust was crunchy for some contrasting texture Cheese and herb focaccia: the baked cheese had some crispy bits on the edge which was tasty; it was savory and also sweet from the honey glaze which works well together

You can tell they pour their love and devotion into their baked goods. I wish I could transplant this...

I had a raspberry chocolate croissant, and a sausage and potato tartine, and while the flavor combinations were outside of the norm, the pastries seemed otherwise quite authentic (and I've lived in France).
It is easy to miss, but as soon as you enter, you should pick up a tray and a pair of tongs and then you can select the pastries that you'd like and they will ring you up at the cashier. When I went, there was a small line of locals, and people constantly coming in, so it seems quite popular and I can see why! Will definitely be...
