According to the old reviews this must have been the fourth time. Seems kind of familiar and I didn't notice any changes. Maybe the restroom designed to look like the old garage is new?

About the third time I've gone there for an alumni hanami gathering involving American universities. Pretty nice park and the location is far enough away from the stations that it doesn't attract too large of a crowd. There's an impressive old mansion of the Maeda family right next door. The 4-star rating is basically a default, with no reason to go either way.

However, mostly I realized how much I prefer to talk to old friends over meeting new people. Though I did talk to a few and even enjoy it, most of my time was focused on the old timers.
