I count 24 seats in the half that isn't kitchen space. Seems like an inefficient or odd layout? Ten seats on the counter, two tables for four in the back, and three small tables for couples. Background music is on the loud side, currently Taylor Swift. Ordering system was a bit of a hurdle even though the machine had an English menu option. Several places where I got stuck for incomplete input. Also has a QR code ordering system, but I think that isn't for cash. If the cook's description was correct (and if I understood his Japanese), then I wouldn't want to use it. Wi-Fi and charging available, though the seats with charging aren't that comfortable if you're charging for a while... The shop's Wi-Fi connected without problem for my Chromebook, but my smartphone got a peculiar error message. However there is a tourist Wi-Fi network that worked with the phone.
My chicken burger was quite tasty, but not that spicy, even with the jalepeno slices added. Too expensive to call it a high value meal, but still good for the basic four stars. Overall reminds me of letting the tech run away with things. [Like my last class...]
New idea to address my dissatisfaction with Google Maps? Sometimes the owners reply to my reviews. I wonder if one of them might recommend a website they prefer for reviews? Or would the google censor...

This is overall a very solid chicken sandwich place, especially if you're into the more white-meat, crispy breaded style of chicken sandwich.
Service for me has always been very fast and friendly.
The fries are delicious, and are often cooked better than mcdonalds (though a very similar style), but they can sometimes be over-salted here.
After trying most of the menu, I've settled on the buttermilk tartar sauce chicken sandwich as my favorite. The creaminess of the sauce paired with the crunch of the chicken breading is very satisfying. At 800 yen, I'd say it hits a sweet spot for a lunchtime meal.
There can occasionally be bad days where the chicken patty is too thick and doesn't cook well in the fryer, but overall I've had quite a consistent experience.
They can sometimes put too much ice in the drinks, oh well.
The custard apple pie is unexpectedly really, really delicious. I highly recommend that if a standard sandwich set isn't enough to fill you up.
Bonus points to them too for using (mostly) paper products on their takeout items, with optional straws and forks you can choose to take. They used to do paper straws included with every order, but I imagine someone complained about them getting soggy so now they offer optional...
Read moreCheap delicious fried chicken served with a great attitude.
This is what you want from a fried fast food spot and this is what you get. We ordered original chicken sandwich plus chicken over rice, the chicken was crunchy and delicious without excessive oil. The bun and rice were soft and delicious. The fries were seasoned well and tasted fresh. The workers were very warm and energetic. If you want a quick cheap bite to eat (the whole point of this restaurant) this place deserves...
