A beautiful roastery / cafe right by Osaki station with an amazing selection of coffee beans. I opted for the Colombian drip / pourover and wow, I've never tasted sych "sweet"Colombian beans before. The staff were kind and let me smell different beans and had helpful recommendations. Another customer was there getting a batch of fresh beans roasted, with their special machine, so that was an experience to watch. (Refer to my video.) Overall, I'd love to return soon again! I'm a coffee fanatic and this shop is an amazing existence to the coffee world!
