My family and I stayed here for 4 nights on the Standard Room Queen Bed with my kid stayed for free. I bought the hotel 2 weeks prior to going hence it is understandble that price has doubled. Buy your accomodations 2-3 months earlier to get a good rate.
It’s 3 minutes (250 m) walk from the Osaki Station (JR Yamanote/ Circle line). Exit from the South Exit (New West Exit), then turn right. At the end, turn right again and look for the hotel’s signage.
The Osaki Station’s station strategic location allows me to travel along the Yamanote Line as well as ease of going to the Tokyo Disneyland and Odaiba.
Checking in is awesome, half of them speaks fluent English while some may hardly understands you. We came in early in the morning and they may keep your luggages & baggages for you. Services by the receptions are also superb, able to addressed all my concerns. No complaint at all and they deserve highest compliments, well trained for hospitality.
The WiFi is just awesome, perfect if you’re in need of good internet connection. It’s download & upload speed averaged at 200 Mbps and is very stable, requires only a single login.
It could be a little annoying waiting for the lifts, since there are only 2 lifts serving 14 floors. Consider peak time when going in and out.
The amenities are provided in front of the reception, you may take as per needed. There is also kid’s toileteries set provided.
If you are not a smoker or staying with family, avoid the smoking room at all cost. My room are 17m2 in size and it might be a lil’ bit cramp for 2 adults and 1 kid. But if you’re good at arranging your stuffs, you will make do. I’ve also read reviews on the hard bed and thin pillows but not a big deal for me though.
Cleanliness at top notch. We didn’t take breakfast and couldn’t comment much but since it is located at offices area, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants available...

Read moreAll in all, it's an ok choice. The hotel scores a 1 out of 10 for character, 7 out of 10 for comfort, 9 out of 10 for location, 9 out of 10 for the wifi, 3 out of 10 for the included breakfast, 5 out of 10 for amenities.||||Check-in was cold, yet efficient. The room was slightly larger than average for a room in Tokyo, and tastefully decorated overall. Bed was not very comfortable, nor were the pillows - very hard. Good sized bathroom with good amenities. ||||Rooms have a Handy smartphone guests can use which is great for travellers. You can take this phone with you and use it for finding your way around the city using Google Maps, using the city guides/tour recommendations on the phone, free 30 minutes of mobile hotspot (then paid after that...). It was very, handy!||||My rate included breakfast, which is served at Il Chianti Restaurant below the hotel. Hours are 7:00am-10:00am (last entry for breakfast at 9:30am). It has an ok buffet selection, nothing special at all. And after eating this for 4 days in a row the offerings were very repetitive and boring. ||||The hotel does not have a Fitness Centre, but directs guests downstairs to the Sports Club NAS, where hotel guests must pay 1080 JPY to use the facility. ||||The hotel has guest laundry on the 10th floor and is self-serve. 200 JPY for just a wash, 400-500 JPY for wash/dry (in the same machine).||||Location is good - Osaki train station is less than a 5 minute walk away. There's lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Ginza area is only a 10 minute ride away...
